Ippsa and college transcripts submitted my transcript through ippsa and did not receive credit for my transferred credits, only those taken at that school I did another par with the transcript from my first school After the first par went through, the points reflected immediately on my ppw. Nothing the troop can do but wait for the member elections to show up
