Not the fan, it was a hairline crack in the roof caused by the installer of the solar panels and roof vent not using a board to distribute his weight during installation! The van, as far as i could find does not exist, none is as boxy as the one in the game The one you posted is a fan made animation and i think they just used some random 70s van as reference, because i checked it out as well with the game version and several things do not match.
