The only gyms in the us i ever saw that only had men working out were gyms on marine corps bases These gyms were always open to women, but because the marine corps is such a goddamned sausage fest, there weren't enough women around for there to consistently be women in some of the gyms.
The only way i would consider men's only gym if it is at least as close to my home as the other gym and cost the same as the other gym I consider paying a reasonable premium for a more comfortable location (regardless if it is segregated gym or not).
