Any opinions on chumming for pike There are other lakes and ponds with pike in them as listed on the suggested waters. I had a real slow morning last year so around noon i chummed a few holes and my flags started flying
So i typically use chum and i catch a lot of pike but i’m really not sure if there is a positive correlation between the two From my understanding your best bet for quality sized pike would be either the connecticut river or moore reservoir Pike in nimisila i really don't know if there are pike in nimisila now,but twenty years ago there were a ton of them in that lake.i have caught many pike off of the bridge by the bait store.i used to fish with eddie,who owns the bait store's son,and i remember the two of us following the creek under the bridge into the backwater and seeing some.

The lease will start july 1st and run. My family has a 100 acre piece of land in pike county east of 41 Its all hilly terrain and 95% wooded Ill be down there for a few days during muzzy season
