Délana was a friend of garlia's and around during blackboard's inception. Her debut work of fiction redwood court was a nyt editor's choice and a reese's book club pick Dameron is a black southern writer and the author of weary kingdom (2017), a palmetto poetry series book edited by nikky finney, and how god ends us (2009), both from the university of south carolina press.
