Codie’s specific and primary purpose is to act as a coordinating agency that addresses the board social service needs of deaf and hard of hearing people through direct service provision, advocacy, research and dissemination of information regarding deafness to parents, professionals and consumers. Kick off deafestival at codie from 10 am to 4pm. Codie advocates are dedicated to protect and advance the legal rights of deaf and hard of hearing people as individuals and as a class
