The master plan proposes a new comprehensive design approach that will enhance the valued naturalized landscape, habitat and recreational uses in the park, while identifying new opportunities for resiliency of the park to respond to both the existing and future needs of the community. This community consultation process resulted in a revised and improved design concept and facility program, and the development of a unique design approach specifically tuned to the particular qualities of place at humber bay.
